  • Our Guarantee / Returns: We take good care to make sure our specialty gifts arrive to their destination in excellent condition. Each gift item is carefully hand packed. Occasionally something out of our control may cause damage during transit. Please contact us at: and we will gladly replace it.
  • Local Customer Pick up: If you are located near our Claymont, Delaware studio, you can opt to pick up your order from 10-6:30 p.m. daily. Please choose this option at checkout and be sure to advise your pick up time as we are open by appointment only.
  • Local Hand Delivery: We hand-deliver gifts in and around the Wilmington, Delaware area. Also throughout parts of the nearby Brandywine Valley. Delivery charges range from $9 to $25 depending on the location. We will also hand deliver locally on Saturdays and Sundays when requested. For specific pricing by zip code please view the chart below. Please call Customer Service at (302)792-2515 if you need assistance or a special delivery.
  • We Ship Nationwide: Currently we ship via FedEx, Monday through Friday. There is no additional fee for Saturday delivery (*Not available to all locations).
  • Time in Transit: Please keep in mind the time it takes to get a gift to your recipient using standard shipping. Many locations are only 1-2 days via our standard ground services. Please click here to view our Time in Transit shipping Map.

  • Substitutions: Because of the perishable and sometimes seasonal nature of many of our products, we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value.
  • Warm Weather Substitutions from May – October: We may need to substitute chocolate items within a gift due to extreme temperatures in parts of the country.
  • Warm Weather Packaging Available from May - October: We charge an additional shipping & handling fee for our super cool, thermal warm weather packaging. Items like our signature boxed chocolates and more perishable chocolate gift baskets require this special packaging during warm weather months to ensure they arrive at their destination in the very best condition. You will be asked to choose this at checkout. Some of these items may also require upgraded shipping which is noted as well.
